After my first rhinoplasty with Dr. Ward, I was still unsatisfied with the shape of my nose (the before pictures here were taken 11 months after that first procedure). We decided to go back in and whittle the bridge down some more as well as put in a curvilinear chin implant. I intend to get some filler in my chin to further increase the projection but overall I'm very happy with the result.
